I had an easy telephone appointment. Unfortunately the lab request wasn't sent. Labcore didn't have request and I don't have a hard copy. I still recommend Carbon Health

It was just a follow up appointment to check my blood pressure and see how my blood work turned out and my cholesterol it was a good appointment.
Good experience. Slightly difficult to find and a relatively older building.
