I took my bike in after carbon frame got cracked during transport on our flight from vail, Colorado to Houston, TX. I was devastated by the incident because my bike “Guerrera” is more than just a bike, she’s my peace and serenity. A friend of mine highly recommended this business and I felt comfortable when calling and even more so when I went to drop off my bike.
