Called them recently for a remodel quote. They scheduled me a appointment for the following week. Then called me 30 minutes before the appointment time and said they forgot about my appointment and thought it was for the following day..hung up on me and never heard back from them
If we could give Rick and his team at Carbon Construction 10 stars, we would have! Our experience with Carbon Construction was great! We had several delays on our end that they worked around and got to us timely even after we bumped them. They used quality materials at an extremely reasonable price, considering several competitors came in several thousand dollars above the price for our roof.
