Friendly and honest service at your own location. Call and text well before arrival time so you can plan your day. Very happy with a knowledgeable and pleasant service plus of course a great outcome in terms of smoothness of engine, throttle response and fuel economy.
I had a slow engine oil burn. No leak or fumes. My mechanic could not identify the fault. Reluctantly booked my car at Mercedes diagnostics as I know their fees are extortionate. They concluded I had a blocked dpf and possible turbo issue. Advised me not to bother repairing as it was economically not viable. Quoted me 3k! Just for dpf replace. After identifying fault I reached out to Dave at carbon cleaning cardiff. He told me symptoms related to dpf block and advised to get the dpf on car clean. I told him I was desperate t... read more

Called out Dave for an issue with my BMW. He managed to fit me in the same day and turned up on time at 8pm. He clearly explained the process and in no time told me what the problem was and had it sorted straight away. A very nice guy, polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
