I’m writing to express our concern regarding the recent treatment our 1-year-old dachshund received at your clinic. We brought her in due to a noticeable change in her behavior, and were informed that she had a life-threatening condition that required immediate emergency surgery, including being spayed. Based on the urgency and severity described, we consented to the procedure. My wife and I were very pleased with the experience we had at Carbon Animal Health . Everyone there was very nice, and cared so much not just about our cat that we brought in , but also about how we were, because we had a difficult situation with our cat . They not only cared for our cat but about how we were too. And we had the pleasure to work with Dr. Lopez. She was great! She really went above and beyond. I have taken pets to this veterinary and all three times it has been a really bad experience. One time I had to have one of my animals put down, When they gave her the meds to put her to sleep she was gasping for air and thrashing around on the floor, her tongue turned purple. It was the most disturbing experience I has ever been through, I have PTST from this experience. The vet and tech were good. Please with their service, but Crystal, the front desk worker, is snide and snotty, and needs a talking to.
