I was very impressed by the service me and my dog got here. Very friendly and knowledgeable vet and vet assistant explained everything and my dog sego normally has to be sedated just to be seen but not here we used a muzzle and when they came in with calm and confidence she calmed down and she got looked at which meant the world to me and Sego Thanks again from Christie Thom and Sego Thom .
These guys really did well with both my dogs, I was expecting to pay outrageous money for the exam and X-rays and medication but it ended up being much less than I thought.
Updating my review. I have serious but also condescending question for the owner of this business: Do you hate money? Also if you have a staff meeting every Wednesday from 8 AM to 9:30 AM, maybe you should adjust your business hours to reflect that on your website and on your front door. I want to use your boarding services because I need to travel. I’m not able to leave until I can drop off my animals.
Dr Jensen is great and knowledgeable about many things with dogs and cats. Very passionate and patient with the humans and animals.
Normally this vet is not bad. But today my dog was in really bad shape and all the vet did was say that my dog ate marijuana. Even though the X-ray showed what the problem is. Instead of fixing it she still claimed it was marijuana. She could not get over her pride and realize that some people actually don’t use drugs or anything like that. So she just would not help him even though he was in so much pain because the X-ray showed that his back was messed up.
