Was trying to find a service site open today, and Sam (owner?) was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was conscientious about the possibility of damaging a very hard-to-remove panel on the interior and the fact that I'm game to do it on my own. Without my prompting, he handed me a small pry tool to do it myself and bring back sometime. What an amazing dude!
Sam got my car in and repaired within the same day. He was transparent about my options and did the work for a reasonable price. Would 10/10 recommend.
