Absolutely abysmal company to work with. Every revision requires minimum 2 weeks+ as it is put back into queue. Even changes as simple as a height alteration. After those 2 weeks it was another 2 weeks to fix mistakes they made on their own drawings...by the time we got the platform and concrete poured, it was found the platform was 3 inches too tall. It's butting up to an existing platform as shown in their drawings, but they still somehow managed to screw that up as well. Avoid the headache, use any body else. Any body

Wow, don’t be female and try to buy from this company. These guys will only take and accept measurements from other men. The way I was talked down to by the sales guy was not just offensive, it was unprofessional and rude. A manager needs to get involved before they lose all further business.

If I could give it less than one star I would. The secretary at the Darlington Location is very rude, immature and petty. Please pay more attention to your work rather than offending people. Horrible Horrible secretary with the long blonde hair at the Darlington Location (Sam carbis Solutions Group). Horrible Horrible Customer service. She has long blonde hair and smokes all over the place.
