Nothing but liars. Called all day to ask if vehicle was available and to please make sure all was good. I show up after driving nearly 1 hr just to hear that its not available and has been sold. . Sales is joke. Don't come to this dealership.
I had a very disappointing experience with the pre-owned department. With sale man name juan I was clear from the start that my lowest price was $27,500. The representative specifically told me, 'I promise I can get you very close to this price to get me into the dealership. However, after the appraisal, they offered me $23,000. It was a complete waste of time. I had already informed them I wouldn't take a penny less than my asking price. yet they still used 'bait and switch' tactics to get me through the door.
