Placed an order on July 29, which finally was to be delivered on August 14. FedEx says it was delivered on August 14 at 11:40 am., to someone in Tacoma, WA. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and need these tools right now. Not amused. As a follow-up, Carbide Processors took immediate action and since it had been a mishap in the company, they sent my order 2-day Express with FedEx. I thought that was very good service!
