Yesterday i had an emergency with my cat where he needed immediate attention, so i called carberry as they’re the vet i’ve been going to. once on the phone with them, their main concern was making me pay a $40 “cancelation fee” for an appointment i cancelled days prior through the app about a year ago. after that i asked if they could take him in and they stated “no, we’re fully booked today and we close at 2” absolutely horrible that they care more about money then they do animals that are in need of help. will not be retur... read more
Dog caught her nail while I was visiting, sent them picture to vet n got they her in within couple hours and was in n out quickly!
Had our first visit today. Everyone was so kind. I think my pup will only ever have good associations with going to the vet.
Absolutely dishonest clinic. I was quoted the same price on three separate occasions, assured that there would be no extra fees, and signed a waiver requiring consent for any additional charges. They added an undisclosed fee anyway, refused to take responsibility, and two years later, tried to send it to collections.
