A very courteous and charming ensemble of staff. My main interactions were with an endearing lady call Bronwyn who is a gargantuan assett to your seemingly thriving automobile business.
The service I received from the staff was excellent and in particular, Bronwyn went out of her way to resolve my issue in a friendly and professional manner
Wonderful customer service, was dealt with by Bronwyn who start to finish was just so helpful and friendly and went the extra mile of keeping me updated on my vehicle situation. Will definitely be asking for her in the future should I have any more issues. She knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel valued as a customer.

The garage is busy and slow hard to book, iv got a maintenance package which means I need to use this garage. Iv waited three weeks to book my car in so I can use a courtesy car for work but they cancelled it the day before. Basically if you think this whole package warrenty thing is good reason to buy a car with car base dont bother. It doesn’t make your life easier. They wanted £60 just to look at my boot which isnt opening. Iv used weston car base and its much better.
