Our daughter purchased a car 10 months ago from Carbase, which ended up needing some major repairs. We dealt with Brian who could not be more accommodating and a pleasure to deal with through this difficult process. Thanks to him, the situation had a fantastic outcome - our daughter’s very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Brian at Carbase if in the market for a vehicle.
Purchased a Toyota Corolla from them around a year ago and within a week of owning it the car was depleted of all oil, I was told by the mechanic that it was because I needed to put in thicker oil for older cars but the oil I used was specified to be for the car by supercheap auto, they reluctantly done an oil change at this point it was still going through oil like it was going out of fashion… not long after this I started having some pretty serious engine problems with this vehicle, to the point it wasn’t driveable at whic... read more
Good location, great customer service
I've been using Carbase for the last 7 years or so and I can't complain about the service I've had, a trusted company. Just a shame about the loss of the free warrant of fitness charge, but understandable.
