I bought a Toyota Estima Hybrid 2009 model from this dealership. At the time of the sale I was assured that this is a really good car and in great condition with no issues. There was an intermittent starter battery issue which I was told by Ollie that it'll be replaced before handover at no additional cost. However, it wasn't replaced and just at 4-5 weeks of purchase the battery went flat. With my missus driving with kids to visit a GP at the time. I inquired for a car, but the person on the phone was rude. I definitely wouldn't go with them at all.
I done a head gasket in toyoto hiace camper talked to the so called extended warranty people they'd not want to know about it warranty is only a sales gimic
