I have been a customer with CarBar for a couple of years and I must say that the company I was dealing with at the beginning is not same as I’m dealing with today. Quality of service has fallen off the radar and they really just don’t care about their existing customers, just more focused on new customers. Very hard to get hold of anyone via phone . Booked a car to pick up on a certain date to be told it’s not ready . I went into the office to see what was going on and was told it had been there for days and the guy had no idea it needed to go out today . Eventually he cleaned it and signed it over to me . Car itself good value and clean and tidy . I agreed a return date with accounts and the car was signed off as no damage at the agreed time and date .
