I can’t thank Janelye enough. Her service and keeping me informed every step of the way was extremely reassuring amongst the hoops and hurdles I had to jump through and over during the whole process. Losing my 10th old luxury car was heartbreaking enough but then trying to replace it with the same car was a nightmare as my particular 2 wheel drive spec was discontinued in 2023 so I needed to upgrade to an all wheel drive which made the process alot more complex but thanks to Janelye, we were able to get it across the line af... read more
I have been trying to get in contact with someone at Carbar for almost a year, I have left messages with their answering service and received no call back. I purchased a car second hand from Carbar that needed a timing chain replacement (that should last the life of the car) and Water Pump replacement for a coolant leak. The manufacturer has covered the cost of parts [thanks Audi Australia, at least there is still some decent customer service out there] but would not cover labour as the last service was done by Carbar.
