Carbal Medical Centre (Carbal) is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Care Organisation (ATSICCHO). Carbal originated from the efforts of Aboriginal people to establish a culturally safe and secure health service in Toowoomba that could comprehensively address health needs. Our services cover the Darling Downs, Southern Downs and Goondiwindi regions. We have five offices located across the regions and provide transport to clients to access services.

The staff at Carbal are fantastic huge thankyou to Dr Preye , Sonya and all the lovely ladies who make this place so welcoming . They are a fast and efficient and essential service. Providing an essential service. As I am not able to drive due to an injury there transport service is fantastic. Thanks to all the caring staff . 5 stars
Lovely GPs and staff
Very poor service and Dr was extremely poor in comparison to other Aboriginal medical services I have visited throughout Australia. Very disappointing and my family will be finding a doctors practice that is not degrading to the patient. Not at all happy.
Clinic was closing at 4:30 pm. I have been trying to call them since 3:45 and on every call it says you're third on queue on call and for 10 minutes it goes second and then first and after few minutes they disconnect my call. Happened 4 times and then past 4:30pm it says clinic is now closed. For 45 minutes and after 4 calls they just wasted my time. Clinic needs to talk to the receptionist. Poor duty of care by receptionist.
I would not go to any of carbal family support here as they have destroyed a family with rumours thats now true doesn't understand the client's needs if they have a disability or not like very manipulated. STAY AWAY FOR THIS ORGANIZATION. I try to make a complaint about one of the workers they weren't even interested on investigation or hearing me out. Very ignorant. Very manipulating caressing controlling puts s*** in the client's minds
