(Updated)- I am sorry to have to write this negative review because they have a lot of things to like about them- family business, tech support, friendly secretary etc. The problem started when things needed correcting. I ordered a reamer for the secondaries of a quadrajet I was working on, the bag arrived with the correct bushings but with the small -primary side- reamer. when I pointed this out his first reaction was that I had ordered the wrong part, given that I had the right bushings they did admit the mistake and offer... read more

One of the worst experience I have ever had trying to get a choke conversion kit. Jim was rude and after I was told originally by Mellisa that I needed a CJ2000 which was not for my Buick skylark gs 350 I found out I needed a CJ1000.i gave Jim the carb number but he wanted pics. My son sent pics and after weeks trying to order correct pt they needed the carb no again I had placed the order with my CC and called about e mail requesting carb no again. I attempted to purchase a choke conversion kit from j and Melissa. Don't bother! Don't let the Holly roller stuff fool you. Jim is as rude an individual as I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Common courtesy goes a long way and he offers none. Jim, you are a rude individual. Do unto others as you would have them do to you. Yea right! Good day sir!
I spent two weeks trying to find the correct Holley 4150 730cfm mounting gasket for my 1969 Mach 1 CobraJet and took a chance to purchase one from the Carb Junky’s on e-bay and it was a perfect match and fit to the original one. So glad I found them online and took a chance. God bless to Melissa and Jim Slaughter for their quality products. 👍🏻
