Disguted with service over charged for parts they let air out of one tire multiple times as we checked before each vist they did this to cause wheel wobble to charge for wheel balance and alignment and then the messed with tire valves and tightend them so air could not be put in to front tires they orderd wrong part then rang me with witness and tell me i have to pay for new part even after they made the mistake. Got them to install orbital gas to my Commodore. They said they had done plenty of Falcon's. They estimated a week. Wasn't done in the first week, but I would have understood if they kept me informed. We had to keep calling up when they said it would be ready and they kept saying it'll be another day or two. Finally they said it'll definitely be ready Friday (3 weeks I think) so I got dropped off only to wait over an hour for them to finish. This mechanic let me feel disappointed and angry too much. I will never came again. They didn't diagnose my car's problem correctly, and simply changed several parts that still work well. The problem was not fixed at all, but i was charged hundreds of money. When i came back for this, they didn't even say sorry, try to let me go with excuses that they were busy with several customs and didn't have ... time to talk with me. They were only wasting my time and money. It is too sad to see a mechanic like this.
