We have had four family members use Dr. Caraway over the course of 8 years. In the beginning, customer service was fantastic, we loved the orthodontist, and we were very pleased with the results. However, over the past year, there has been a significant decrease in customer service, and overall experience. They never answer their phone. When they do receive a voicemail from us, they always call us back at 5 PM on Thursday, when they close all day Friday. Dr. Caraway and his staff are top notch! Today was our third meeting with Dr. Caraway, and I’ve never seen him deviate from the pleasant and jovial demeanor he presents. My 10 year-old daughter even finds his “Dad jokes” humorous. More important than the comfort felt while being there is the true sense of not feeling pressured in any of the recommendations being made. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Caraway; if anything, book a consult…you’ll see what I’m talking about.
We have been seeing Dr Caraway for a few years now. The service is always great, friendly staff. Dr Caraway always calmly explains what needs to be done and works really well with our regular dentist.
Dr. Caraway and his staff have been great for both of my kiddos and their orthodontic needs. Thank you!
