Food and atmosphere (live music was great) was on point, but staff were inexperienced without an eye for detail or an understanding of what good service looks like. However I would still recommend it because the staff did care and were polite and professional, but come on Caraway management you are doing such a great job in other areas you can train the staff better.

Poor quality, slow service. Drinks took ages to arrive. Mojito had almost no alcohol in it! Had to ask for things twice. Poppadoms undercooked, not crispy enough. We weren't offered glasses of water. Lighting is bad, cold white light bulbs used. Too bright. Air con machine in wrong place and bothered my dad so we had to move tables. Starter course and mains was good, tasty, nice naan and jeera rice. Not enough ice in the Courvousier whiskey. Wasn't asked how I wanted it served Had bad stomach the next day. Place wasn't as go... read more
