Mary Ann is a great landlord I have lived there twice and had no problems
Dump. Suppose to be 55 and older, but will rent to anyone. Took 2 years to get a leaking faucet fixed. Rent raised every year, yet nothing gets fixed or updated. Dont move there..
Still having problems with sewer system and dont have a full time maintence person to take care of this big complex.Right now our sewer backed up again got opened but wash room has toilet tissue on it and is wet anyone walking in there could take quite a fall. Water even went into the hallway.
Mostly elderly tenants and the don't clear sidewalks or parking lot of snow and ice. Ongoing flooding issue in laundry area is ignored. Asking for any maintenance to be done takes months, even for simple repairs. It's a slum not worth the rent.
