My child attended here and just finished their first year of school. It was a great experience! I can't imagine where we would have been without this team. They were amazing when they worked with my child and supporting me through online meetings while we transitioned to the school environment.

The kids are amazing. They’re the reason I did this job. But this job will have you constantly questioning your morals. Who you are as a human being with a director that smiles while telling you to be quiet. Shut your mouth. I couldn’t be quiet. I will never be demanded to shut my mouth at abuse. I quit and I will be loud about why. Autism or not, each child is a human being before a county funded paycheck. I was directed to turn my head when a child had no food. I love working at Caravel. Being a part of an ever growing team and being passionate about what I do is a dream come true. Caravel supports teammate growth and changing the lives for those we support. The culture at Caravel is one of support and making each day its own day. We absolutely loved our experience with the Mankato Caravel center! Staff went above and beyond time and time again to help our boys! You could tell they really care about the kids and the families they serve. I will hands down recommend them every time! Taking them here was the best thing we could have done for our boys and our family!
