I had the pleasure of visiting, touring, and presenting as an Occupational Therapist. It was truly refreshing to see a team so open to learning new approaches and continuously striving to improve their program for the benefit of those they serve. The staff was incredibly friendly, engaged, and genuinely curious, making for a fantastic experience. I appreciate their dedication and look forward to seeing their continued growth.
Don’t even consider this establishment as an option if your child is on Medicaid or Forward Health as they put you on a waitlist that by the way is nonexistent considering I was supposedly on it ONLY since March of this year even though I expressed multiple times to be on the waitlist since 2023 I KNOW this for a fact as I was concerned for my son since he was nonverbal (still is) but they have no record of this in lake Geneva even though this is the establishment I called as I live near LG!! My son has been on their wait list for basically 2 years now. I’ve called for an update on a status and nothing. I was told the wait time was estimated to be 6 months to a year.
