They were good when imagine had them. They are a joke now. They are one of the reasons most families can't find services, they decided not to take Medicaid, lied to families, prematurely graduated kids for their own personal gain. I have spoke to several people across the state, Caravel picks and chooses who they provide services to. 2 stars - poor A mixed bag - the fast food of behavior analysis. Would be 1 star if not for first impressions and one BCBA who made a good impression. I just want to try and find the best treatment for my daughter within reason and I am starting to feel like we are less like clients or patients and more like begrudging guests that have overstayed our welcome.
