I had a fantastic experience working at Caravel as a Behavior Technician. The staff are incredibly caring and professional. The BCBAs are knowledgeable and personable, always providing great support. I always had the sense that my team cared deeply about my wellbeing and professional development.
We had a great experience at Caravel and are grateful to all the caring staff who worked with our son. Our son was always seen and appreciated and our BCBAs valued our feedback, insight, collaboration. Our son was happy to go in each day and all the programs we worked on were about providing him with support and joy, while still letting him be his authentic self. Your kid is just a number and a check to this company. They hire inconsistent therapists who are sick half the time. Not a great fit for families with more than one child in general. They also do not listen to what parents have to say about their own children.
