Horrible care and diagnosis
My son attended for a year, just graduated on the 19th of December 2025. Service was above PHENOMENAL!!! It was very hard for me to trust anyone with my baby when I never left his side before attending. My nerves were a wreck BUT after seeing how caring, understanding and most of all the patience they had with my son (he can be very combative, aggressive and sensitive to many things) I knew he was loved and cared about. This facility is absolutely amazing. All of the staff here made my son's (3-4yo) entire experience (1 year) 100% worth it. They are caring and compassionate and absolutely love the clients! The amount of communication and respect is unprecedented. I can honestly say that Caravel is the reason that my son has grown so much and we now have the tools we need in our daily lives.
