Matt is absolutely fantastic to deal with. We had an aircon installed by another company that caused so many issues with water leaks and poor workmanship. Matt spent a lot of time going over it all and explaining everything they found and how it could all be fixed. The end result now thanks to the guys here is a waterproof caravan with an air conditioner that works. Wish I had just dealt with these guys from the beginning but at least I know have a service centre that I can completely trust. Thanks guys!!
Being someone new to caravanning, Matt was great at talking through all the options for our 12 volt battery system and hot water upgrade. Told us the pros and cons of each option and did not push us in one direction. Was happy to modify the details of the quote and got the job done promptly. Have gone back since to get work done at Caravan Xpress and will continue to do so. Thanks Matt.
