Wow. This guy is so rude. Told him we were stranded 1230 on Friday arvo and just needed some parts. Said he would have a look. Called past the next day (Saturday) to see if he was open as they close at midday on Friday and his roller door was open. Gate was locked so I called out to him, he comes out and says what do you want im closed. Told.him we had been in contact with him on Friday, he goes oh well you will just have to come back on Monday after 8am. Had a problem with our Swift HWS. Swift determined over the phone that it was the element. Booked ahead and advised what swift had told us. All fixed in a couple of hours as well as a faulty gas thermostat that was also stuffed. BTW don't park slightly across the driveway when dropping off your van or going back to pick up your keys.
