What a great business. We had our water pump pack it in first thing in the morning and we were about to spend up to 2 weeks off grid on our way home to Sydney. Panic. Left a phone message at 07:45 not expecting any call back before 09:00. Christophe rang within 10 mins and confirmed he could fit us in. Arrived around 9:00 at the workshop and back on the road at 11:00 with a new pump with the 2 hour wait filled in with a swim at the springs. Great price and outstanding service. Thank you Christophe and your team.
Christoph was able to fit our van in with half a week's notice to troubleshoot (and fix!) an issue with the gas not firing up on our Swift GEHW system. This, after I had two separate plumbers scratch their heads on the road. Caravans in Katherine pinpointed the issue and replaced the Swift part which they thankfully also carried in stock. We had an issue with our wheel alignment and Caravans in Katherine were able to fit us in so we could get back on the road. Such incredible service and knowledge in the top end! Very grateful for the help and expertise.
This is an amazing business who fit us in at short notice to fix an issue with our electrical socket. They were easy to deal with, a very reasonable price and extremely helpful on the phone. They even went above and beyond to reattach our gas regulator to help us out. Would highly recommend this business and all staff were outstanding.
