We had just picked up our new Victory 20.6' caravan that we ordered before Christmas 2024. Kristina did her upmost to try to get it to us earlier than the "actual" day. We had an extensive orientation by Robert who showed us everything we needed to know with a professional and somewhat lite and humerious delivery. The owner contacted my wife a few days before a scheduled service that we'd booked a month prior to say he was cancelling and refusing our business. They had damaged the van at a previous service and he'd promised to sort it out at our next one. Then he cancels. This was unethical and lacked integrity. ââ Further to ownerâs response below (3 years after the above post), it should be noted we owned a pop-up van.
