Reçu un très bon service aujourd'hui sur ma nouvelle roulotte...parti de rimouski pour régler mes problèmes à St Antonin.
Le service après-vente est médiocre. Si un problème survient avec votre VR, préparez-vous à attendre. Le suivi de dossier et les retours d'appels ne se font pas.
Pour arriver à joindre quelqu'un, c'est très difficile. On se promène entre les boites vocales. Sans obtenir de retour d'appel du service ou des pièces.
