Sad to leave this review and always for second chances when desevered. After reading the reviews i booked in for 10 weeks time a good sign as a busy company is normally a good company so today arrived my appointment at 2pm, 2pm came no sign no message left it until 3pm to see if he was behind with his schedule 5 min later i receive a picture of my house and camper no message no nothing 4pm came and i ring were im told he came at 11am but no one was in so he let it slide and apparently returned at 2 min to 2pm and knocked aga... read more
Prem has today returned our Swift caravan after completing Damp repairs under our warranty. Prem has professionally resolved a damp problem caused by our central heating system/side door locker, by replacing all affected parts to the highest of standard. Prem left no stone unturned and left the caravan in a better condition than he found it. Not only this, but we had issues transporting the caravan too him, so he collected and returned it for us. Just didn’t show up for the appointment he made and even though I called and left a message, no return call or follow up.
Brill service ,totally genuine for a start actually rings and gets back to you when he says , that seems a miracle on its own these days !!
Prem collected and dropped back our Caravan with all work carried out to an exceptionally high standard. The work that he did was absolutely fantastic and we will 💯 be using his services again and would definitely recommend to others. Really nice guy who has a great eye for detail.
