Have to say my experience with the team at Caravan World particularly with Clinton, who was outstanding. I had some extras added to the van I purchased. The advise was solid, the additional work was good and the back up service to resolve a van issue resulting from the age of the van I bought, was above and beyond. I love when a company delivers what they say they will, and this one does. Thankyou, appreciated.
What a great service crew at pakenham caravan world. I had an issue with my rollout awning, in which I thought I would be up for a full replacement. I made a booking through Helen, on arrival at my allocated date & time, two technicians came out and accessed the issue, and then went about sorting out the problem, while all the time keeping me informed of what was happening, it took about and hour, and it was fully operational again. professional, friendly and very helpful, the repair cost virtually nil A huge thank you the t... read more
