Caravan World was so good to us. We bought a 19ft 6 Prime Edge Warrior a year ago. (2025) The van is amazing and the service is outstanding..especially Doug & Luke, two guys who go the extra mile and back their products without blinking. Aftersales service one year on and Doug still looked after us with a minor request without hesitation. Thanks Doug.
Hi, I bought a Winton 10 from Caravan World November 2025. I was lucky to have Doug Hughes to look after me. He is excellent, down to earth and very professional and funny. Marty was the handover man and Grant is the workshop go to man. The 3 of them make a good team and they all went above and beyound to help me. Highly recommend these guys. Doug also doesn't hesitate to help with after sales service, no matter what the question may be. Thank you Doug for your excellent service, and thankyou to Marty and Grant.
I bought a second hand caravan from Doug Hughes at Caravan World on the Sunshine Coast in July 2024. I've had a problem with the pump in the van March 2026 . So out of desperation I phoned Doug. He was happy to come to my place to have a look. Now it took a couple of visits after work for him to sort the problem but he fixed it. He wouldn't take any money for what he did to fix it nor would he accept beer or wine. Doug customer service goes above and beyond anything I've experienced in my 60 years. My husband and I could have never expected such brilliant service because we purchased our very first Caravan from another business (about 1.5 hours North) and it was a disaster from beginning to end and seriously we are so amazed with the difference, simply gobsmacked how awesome Karl and Co were.
