I booked a load with Alvin Bonds from Spartanburg, South Carolina to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Alvin was very nice, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and there were no issues along the way. Unethical Broker Behavior- Refused to Pay TONU After 4-Hour Wait on reefer load. We were booked on Load by Jacob Johnson at Caravan SC, with a confirmed 1:00 PM pickup appointment for a reefer load in North Aurora, IL. Our driver arrived early at 12:00 PM and waited over 4 hours on site. The load was not ready, and the appointment was completely disregarded.
