Unethical Broker Behavior- Refused to Pay TONU After 4-Hour Wait on reefer load. We were booked on Load by Jacob Johnson at Caravan SC, with a confirmed 1:00 PM pickup appointment for a reefer load in North Aurora, IL. Our driver arrived early at 12:00 PM and waited over 4 hours on site. The load was not ready, and the appointment was completely disregarded.
