Just had a new awning put on my van,& picked up a new internal windows frame blind etc today.10 out of 10 for workmanship, 12 out of 10 for customer service, thanks janelle & staff.
Took 8 months for our hail damage repairs to be done and when we got the van back, the power to the front of the van was burnt out . It was fixed under warranty much more quickly than the first repair but we found out back on the road again that the HWS hadn't been reconnected. Spent a lot of time in Brisbane sourcing what were eventually unneeded replacement parts. Communication from the company is terrible and you need to keep chasing them up to know what is happening.
This place has it all. Kobi knows her spares and can find the right part for you every time. Only place to shop and highly recommend
