We had the pleasure of meeting half of the new manager team in Jess, what a helpful and informative visit to see an incredible selection of vans. I recommend these guys for all your caravan needs.
A big shout out to Jess and Josh who both in their own ways helped my wife and I resolve an issue with a door mechanism on our motorhome today. We were unable to access the motorhome section from outside after a spring broke. Jess advised me where I might source spring wire and Josh performed minor miracles once I managed to get said spring wire by fashioning a replacement spring which he installed and tested ok. All in all I highly recommend this establishment for excellent and friendly service.
I had no caravan experience and have received the best and friendliest service. Nothing or no question was ever unattended to. The lady in the office went over and beyond to help in every way she could and assisted me several times on the phone with general questions I had. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend this business and give them the great Australian support. Well done team
