We had our new Roadstar van hit by by elderly man that caused significant damage. Ged from Caravan Repairs Victoria took care of our repairs and did a great job. The van came back in 'as new condition'. He went the extra mile to have our van back to us as quickly as possible so we could resume our trip around Oz.A second incident was also handled by Ged when we lost a window, once again Ged came to our aid.Great service, professional and helpful. Jed was fantastic from the beginning, very accomodating for drop off on a Saturday morning. We just got a standard service/ check over, very flexible with pick up. We had some issues getting the van hitched onto our new Navara, he was very patient and went above and beyond to meet with us midday on Sat so we could still get away on our trip. Will use again.
