I dropped by because I needed some cable lugs crimped to my inverter cables, and they helped me out straight away. These guys made my day. Thank you!
I would warn against them. Had our van booked in for a service before the non-Brisbane cyclone hit which caused damage. Contacted them about the additional damage. We were told it would be no problem. Insurance were swift with assessment and approvals and then the waiting and excuses came. In the end they had our van for almost 2 months. When we got it back our fridge was full of mould because the fridge door had been locked closed. We always leave it ajar so we don’t get mould. Friendly staff and helpful. They have moved from BURPENGARY now at Redcliffe entry on Herschell Street, not Klingner road.
We have a fully fitted out VW Crafter LWB campervan and Bill and his team have given us exceptional customer service assisting with our technical problem. Nothing was too much trouble. Cheerful. Patient. And great people to chat with, happy to share their knowledge. The Redcliffe Service Centre is a great find and worth the trip even if you’re not a local. We wish them the greatest success.
