It was disappointing that I had to wait so long for the repairs to be done however when completed the motorhome looked near new on the outside. Tom went the extra mile and did some other repairs not requested and I appreciated that. At all times Tom and Cory were polite even though at times I was frustrated with the time taken for repairs to be done. Corey and his team completed a service on our 2024 snowy river. They did an awesome job, checked everything and communicated clearly.
These guys are just the best. Corey's customer service & attention to detail is first class and the boys in the workshop do a sensational job. Nothing is too much trouble, and the quality of their work is 1st class. Highly recommended!!!
The Caravan repair company continues to be first class for customer service. Dropped my van off to check the water pump malfunction and busted hinges on one side of the van. Thought it would be gone for a week at least. Stunned when they rang me up at lunchtime and said it was fixed and ready. Thanks Corey, Tom and team. Excelled again! Cheers Paul Nieuwenhoven
