Unfortunately we have had a bad experience just trying to book our van in for a service. The lady on the phone was unhelpful, she seemed like she didn’t want our business or even want to take our call and literally said no to every question we had. It was disappointing . I ended up calling a company in Arundal just to get some helpful service and booked my van in there .
These guy's upgraded my REDARC Lithium Battery capacity from 400Ah to 600Ah in a very limited enclosure space. Installed a Black Foot jack, making it super easy to level and hitch up the caravan; and finally plumbed in and installed a very neat gas heater system. The staff are very knowledgeable and took extra time to not only explain the items they installed, but also how to operate the rest of my van correctly -- something Lotus had failed to do during handover. I have had multiple jobs completed by David and Mark. Some of them were very complex. There level of service and workmanship is second to none. Can’t recommend highly enough.
After recently purchasing 2011 Jayco Sterling caravan searched out Caravan Perfection and had the guys check out the running gear etc. Replaced all bearings and brakes and everything in good order now pending our first trip away. All replaced old style tow hitch with DO35 and WDH on our vehicle. Very good advice on things. Very happy to recommend them to anybody.
Although we have been waiting a long time to get our van repaired, we understand that the freight company is beyond anyone’s control. Would not want to have any one else do the repairs on our van.
