Rooms were not heated very well
Book the room online and nobody answered the door or the phone so I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charge

The food is a real treat and the night life is to die for.
You get what you pay for. Rooms are pretty run down and dirty but the sheets seemed clean. Service was good, we needed extra fans on a +30 day with the a/c only giving a trickle of lukewarm air. If the a/c was working good, would actually have been a positive experience.
