STAY FARR AWAY!!! The owners raise rent 3x a year (695$/month base rent) and with utilities it'll be $1000+ for renting a rotting mobile home. Place is LITTERED with feral cats with neighbors feeding and encouraging it. Owner also wants to implement age limits (turn this into a senior park) so if you have kids they are not welcomed!
place is full of feral cats breeding, and neighbors feeding/encouraging this behavior. Cats then proceeds to poop everywhere and stink up the whole "park". This place had gone downhill over the years to the point where it's inhabitable.
Owner increases rent prices at least 2x a year, impossible to reach. Move while you can
