Came here at 9:30, my appointment time is 10am to 3 pm. Went to office last told me to come back at 12 product is not ready. I can back then she told me to back up into a dock and clean my trailer out, which she could've easily told me to do that whole I waited almost 3 hours. Now I'm in a dock it's 2 pm and still haven't started on me. Terrible place don't book loads here

I came for loading here without no reason they rejected my trailer no one can. Inspect your trailer because of the load if it’s clean or dirty but zero services they say I found the glasses three time I clean it the trailer before pull to the dock door 9
