The customer service from both Kim and Peter is amazing. Well priced and van was amazing. Could not recommend these guys enough. Thank you again for the awesome week we had away in the van.
We hired a Villa Xpolrer from Caravan Hire Mackay in April and travelled from Victoria up to Mackay. From the initial contact Kim was very helpful helping us out with availability, inclusions and costs. The contact leading up to our collection date was very good and reassuring. When we arrived we met Kim and Peter on-site and the handover and information about the van was faultless. We had a great time in the van and we cannot recommend Caravan Hire Mackey highly enough. We will be back. A great experience.
We have recently hired a caravan and travelled out to Uluru. We had a fantastic experience and many thanks to Caravan Hire Mackay for the lovely van. Having the van was hassle free and the vans are in immaculate condition. We will definitely be returning customers!!
