Our little Mario was damaged to the point we couldn’t tow him home to Melbourne. Caravan Fix to the reacue. It took months due to getting parts into the country but Sherilee kept in constant contact with us. We knew Mario was in good hands. When he was fixed he was delivered to Melbourne and we were off on another epic adventure.
Our awning was damaged in a storm and our insurance company placed the replacement works with Caravan Fix Kunda Park. They did an awesome job replacing the awning everything was perfect thanks guys.

A special thanks to Marlon and his team for wasting a month in not delaying a quote for repairs for your insurance, and doing your level best to be as uncommunicative as possible. If you're struggling to meet the most basic levels of business management such as customer communication then maybe this job isn't for you.
They were sent by my insurer to give a quote on the repair of a storm damaged awning. They went to the motorhome withoput first calling me as requested and they removed the awning which had a damaged strut. They called to tell me that the bill was going to be nearly $15,000 because the entire side of the vehicle needed to be replaced due to a "serious scratch".
