Took a caravan to get assessed for insurance. The assessor told me one thing, and told the insurance company something totally different. He even told me I should take everything out of the van that I wanted, as the insurance company would only be sending it to auction, as he was going to report it as a write off. Why tell people this, and tell the insurance company it was negligence that caused the damage? Sorry, but I had to give at least one star to be able to review them, but -1 is more a fitting score.
Was looking for a reliable service orientated service centre that was close to home and competitively priced. Right from the request for information stage, through to booking (Kelly), drop off and collection, I found all the staff friendly, willing to listen and go the extra mile. They went through my service with me on pick up and provided information to assist. I have since told friends about my experience and can’t recommend highly enough. Really understand the true meaning of a service industry. Thank you!
Fab service. Didn't buy anything but very helpful
Our little Mario was damaged to the point we couldn’t tow him home to Melbourne. Caravan Fix to the reacue. It took months due to getting parts into the country but Sherilee kept in constant contact with us. We knew Mario was in good hands. When he was fixed he was delivered to Melbourne and we were off on another epic adventure.
Our awning was damaged in a storm and our insurance company placed the replacement works with Caravan Fix Kunda Park. They did an awesome job replacing the awning everything was perfect thanks guys.
