My parents recently had their van "fixed" again by the guys at Caravan Fix and after a short trip up the coast multiple defects and problems arose from poor quality craftsmanship which led them to ending their trip short because the van had various leaks and gaps in the silicone work aswell as a few screws poking through the internal wall. Had my caravan in for minor repairs which was quoted a 4 day time frame but 1 week went by and still no sign of my van being finished. Finally after 2 and a half weeks I have my van I just can't wrap my head around the time it took to put a couple of screws in and a bead of silicone. I have friends who have used this business in the past when they were located in Tomago but it seems they have dropped the quality standards immensely since the move to Cardiff. Excellent experience - great communication, explained time frame ( needed just prior to christmas) and repairs were completed on time as promised ( less than 3 weeks) . Would not hesitate to recommend. Cheers Steve
