Dealing with CaravanFix was great. As we were traveling around Australia, they were able to arrange a quotation for us in Melbourne . Then once the insurance got their act together, they arranged for the repair in their Newcastle branch. The repair was done as scheduled and the results were great. Communication throughout the process was good. Only wish I could say the same for the insurance company.
Excellent communication, quality workmanship
Had our van in for insurance repairs the girls on the office are just amazing. My husband works away and lives in it they were more then happy to work around him did a call out inspection to help changed drop off days to suit and pick up days. Kept us updated how everything was going if I had any questions they were more then happy to help ..can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Cass and the team you all definitely made the process easy
