I rang Caravan Fix at Yatala for the first time as a new customer to get my Caravan serviced and they declined and said they are not servicing at the moment. I was gobsmacked, a business that thrives for caravan owners to spend money with them and rather than giving me a long wait they just said sorry can’t help you. Well good luck running a business like that! I will go elsewhere.
Great public relations by staff. Staff are experienced and well trained. Yes - I would recommend Caravanfix, Yatala.
Have started process to get hail damage repaired and so far every single member of staff I have spoken to or has stopped to talk to me has been courteous, polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Text communication has also been excellent. Whilst waiting in reception every member if staff that came by checked to see I was being looked after. I am very impressed with these guys and girls and that's before I get the car fixed! I would definitely recommend. They are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
