Poor customer service and warranty issues. Rang their head office twice only to get a ‘we’ll call you back’. Never heard back which was 2 weeks ago. All I wanted was the specs on the solar panel. A solar panel on our caravan which was 8 weeks over its warranty period of 12 months had stopped working. Our caravan supplier tried to get it replaced via this company and it was a stern NO. Absolutely aweful customer service, will not answer phone , will not return call having left a number of voicemails. APPALLING
They have disappointed me. It appears they do not like people calling them because when they finally answer you ask a question and they never get back to you with an answer. Public relations BAD.
Calls not returned in a timely manner. Not helpful with resolving our issue. Had to go elsewhere as time didn't allow any further delays waiting.
