I have been dealing with Kevin & Bec for over two years now, from when we first started looking for a new van, through to purchase and service / warranty situations. Both Kevin & Bec have always been friendly & helpful throughout our journey and were always able to assist us along the way with a smile. Whenever we needed help or a question answered, it was never a problem and they were always happy to help us out. Great service, keep up the good work.
We purchased a second hand caravan from Kevin and Bec from Caravan Country. When looking for vans we visited their yard and we greeted with two very enthusiastic people. They had good logical answers for all our questions and provided a heap of information that ultimately led us to purchasing a van that is a perfect fit for our needs. We picked up our brand new Coronet caravan on Friday and we would like to thank Kevin and Rebecca for the easygoing sales transaction and making our purchase stress free. Rebecca’s caravanning knowledge was excellent during the hand over process and this made our first set up very easier. We also appreciated Kevin’s phone call on Saturday to see how we were going. Nothing better than old fashion service.
We bought a used Coromal van off Caravan Country. On the maiden voyage there were a couple of adjustments needed. I contacted Kevin and Bec and was received with understanding and compassion.
