Phoned Saturday to organise an inspection of a caravan for Sunday as we had to travel 2.5 hrs to Cowra. Owner answers phone “ hello I’m at a function!” I responded with “ oh , I’m interested in a caravan .” Owners says “ I don’t even know what day it is” I reply “ it’s Saturday today & would like to arrange a time tomorrow Sunday to inspect one of your caravans “ He replied “ no, no ,not Sunday!” It was the most bizarre & arrogant way to operate a business , especially when the website clearly states open 7 days !!
